María Gómez Ramos joings Bové Montero as HR director
Bové Montero y Asociados has appointed María Gómez Ramos as its new human resources (HR) director, with the goal of leading and developing the firm’s international talent. Presided over by lawyer José María Bové, the firm has a team of 160 professionals from 20 nationalities, serving the clients from five offices across Spain: Madrid, Barcelona, Palma de Mallorca, Seville, and Valencia.
In her new role, María Gómez Ramos, an expert in recruitment, will oversee both the internal HR department and the client-facing HR services for talent acquisition. Born in Bilbao, she has more than 15 years of experience in multinational companies managing talent and designing HR strategies across various sectors in Spain and abroad. “The arrival of María Gómez Ramos provides a fresh boost to continue building a unique team aligned with the values and future vision of Bové Montero,” the firm said regarding her appointment.
Before joining Bové Montero y Asociados, she served as human resources business partner (HRBP) at the Guipuzcoan multinational Angulas Aguinaga. Previously, she worked at Michael Page, specialising in middle- and top-management recruitment. She also developed and consolidated the Central America Desk. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Deusto Business School and a Master’s in Leadership Development from the same business school.
