Antas da Cunha Ecija advises Lenargatecnic on sale to Secil
Antas da Cunha Ecija has advised the shareholders of Lenargatecnic — the company that owns the Argatecnic plant, located in Leiria — on the sale of the company to Secil – Companhia Geral de Cal e Cimento. Argatecnic is a historic benchmark in the Leiria region and in the national mortar market.
The transaction was advised by a multidisciplinary team led by partner Amílcar Silva (pictured), head of the corporate and M&A practice, with the support of partners Pedro Quitéria Faria (labour) and Joana Cunha D’Almeida (tax). The team also included Joana Soares Quirino (consultant) and Margarida Lucas (associate).
