Abdón Pedrajas Littler names new principal associates

Abdón Pedrajas Littler has appointed Teresa Trigueros (from the Madrid office) and Patricia Madrona (Valencia office) as principal associates, both previously senior associates at the firm.

Teresa Trigueros has more than 15 years of experience in labour law and has led the legal representation of numerous contentious and non-contentious matters for national and multinational companies. She regularly advises companies in sectors such as banking, insurance, energy, retail, tourism, services, media and new technologies. She has also led judicial proceedings before all levels of the labour courts.

Patricia Madrona specialises in strategic labour advisory work, with experience in designing legal solutions in areas such as dismissals and severance, collective bargaining, union elections, internal flexibility measures, corporate restructurings and business succession. She also has experience in representing clients before the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate and in leading proceedings before the labour courts. She is also an equality agent, with expertise in investigations and reports on discrimination or harassment, as well as in the design and implementation of equality plans, and advises companies in sectors including healthcare, industry, food, retail, services, the public sector and new technologies.

Focus on talent

Abdón Pedrajas Littler has also approved four additional internal promotions across its offices. Sara Bermejo (Madrid) and Gemma Pla (Valencia) have been promoted to senior associates, while María Luisa Riu (Barcelona) and Alejandro de la Blanca (Madrid) have been promoted to associates.
