Cerejeira Namora adds two lawyers to its public law team

Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão has added Ana Rita Babo Pinto (principal associate) and João Cardoso (associate) to its public law practice.

Ana Rita Babo Pinto holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, a master’s degree in administrative law from the School of Law of the University of Minho, and is currently completing her PhD at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto. She has been practising law since 2017, having been part of the public law teams at Sérvulo & Associados and Vieira de Almeida. Her professional activity also includes academic research and regular participation as a speaker at conferences and continuous training initiatives, standing out for her technical and academic contribution in administrative law and public procurement.

João Cardoso brings experience in providing legal advice to clients across various areas of public law, with a particular focus on urban planning matters. He holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, has completed two postgraduate programmes, and has a diverse professional background, having worked at PRA – Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados, GAIURB and Eurest Portugal. In 2024, he took on the role of lawyer responsible for the real estate and licensing areas at Mercan Properties.
