Durán-Sindreu: Alba Conde García new partner
Durán-Sindreu has appointed Alba Conde García as a new partner in its Labour practice, as part of the firm’s growth plan aimed at reinforcing specialist areas and expanding its multidisciplinary advisory capabilities.
The profile
Conde brings more than 15 years’ experience as an employment lawyer, having worked in boutique firms as well as at a large international consulting firm, where she served as head of the employment legal department, advising national and international companies on complex matters.
Her expertise includes workforce restructurings, employment litigation, equality plans, collective bargaining, internal policies and broader strategic employment advice. She holds a Law degree from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and specialised in Labour Law at the Il·lustre Col·legi de l’Advocacia de Barcelona (ICAB).
Conde also combines practice with teaching, delivering Labour Law training at the Escola de Pràctica Jurídica and on specialist programmes at ICAB, as well as at universities including Universitat Internacional de Catalunya (UIC).
