Andersen advises on Gesticool integration into Syclef Iberia

Andersen Portugal advised Syclef Iberia, the Iberian division of the Syclef group, which specialises in refrigeration and air conditioning solutions, on the integration of Gesticool, a Portuguese company focused on commercial and semi-industrial refrigeration. This transaction aims to consolidate and expand the group’s presence in the Iberian market, with a particular focus on Portugal.
