Devesa advises on the listing of MGN on Portfolio Stock Exchange
Devesa has advised MGN Rentals Capital Socimi throughout the incorporation and listing process on Portfolio Stock Exchange, in a transaction involving the company’s admission to the Equity segment of this multilateral trading facility.
The company, part of the Magani Group – a Torre Pacheco-based business group operating in the gaming, leisure and hospitality sectors – becomes the first socimi incorporated in the Region of Murcia. Its debut on Portfolio will take place with an initial reference price per share of €1.65, implying a total market capitalisation of €11,517,965.72. The company currently manages a portfolio comprising 66 residential and commercial properties located mainly in the Region of Murcia and in neighbouring areas of Alicante and Almería.
From a financial standpoint, the company has total assets of approximately €15.5 million, equity of around €11.2 million.
The Devesa team involved in the transaction comprised, in the corporate department, Juan Antonio Botella, partner (pictured), María Roldán, senior associate, and lawyer Antón Kosilov; and in the tax department, José María García, partner, and Hipòlit Borras, senior associate.
