OC Tax & Legal ends 2025 with 60% revenue growth to €1 million

OC Tax & Legal, a boutique firm specialising in tax and legal advisory services, closed 2025 with 60% growth, reaching revenue of approximately €1 million, and has nearly doubled its workforce. The firm had already grown by 43% in 2024.

“This growth is a reflection of the trust our clients place in us and the strategic value we bring to every project. More than just numbers, it represents long-term relationships built on technical rigour, proximity and real results. That is our goal: to be our clients’ best partners, giving them certainty and allowing them to focus exclusively on their business”, says Carlos Bodega, founding partner.

“Our growth is the result of a clear commitment to professional excellence, continuous improvement and a culture focused both on the development of our team and on our clients’ success”, highlights Francisco Aguirre, founding partner. “All of this without giving up what defines us: the boutique approach, close client relationships and tailored strategies that truly make a difference.”

OC’s team is made up of experienced economists, consultants and lawyers, several of whom also have teaching experience at prestigious educational institutions. Among the firm’s notable milestones is its advice to Brooklyn Fitboxing on its international expansion into Brazil, following its entry into Italy.

In addition, OC Tax & Legal has obtained favourable decisions before both administrative and judicial bodies, in appeals as well as tax audits. Noteworthy cases include the annulment by the Madrid TEAR of a €150,000 tax liability attribution to a former director, as well as tax inspections in which several million euros were recovered in favour of taxpayers.

In line with its evolution, OC also launched a new corporate website, featuring a clearer, more dynamic and client-oriented design. “The new platform reinforces the firm’s identity as a modern, approachable and highly specialised boutique, while facilitating access to its services, updated content and success stories”, states the law firm.
