Dower and Telles on the sale of Cerâmirupe to Vallis

Dower Law Firm has advised the sellers on the sale of a majority stake in Cerâmirupe Cerâmicas to an SPV of Vallis Capital Partners. Vallis was represented by Telles.

Founded and headquartered in Alcobaça, Portugal, Cerâmirupe is a company in the ceramics sector, dedicated to the manufacture of ornamental and household items in porcelain, earthenware and fine stoneware. The investment was financed by Vallis Sustainable Investments II – Closed-End Venture Capital Fund.
