Pérez-Llorca advises InmoCaixa on the acquisition of Estel building in Barcelona

InmoCaixa, the real estate arm of CriteriaCaixa, has completed the acquisition of the Estel building in Barcelona (on Avinguda de Roma). With a leasable area of 52,000 square metres, it is the largest office building in Barcelona, according to ImmoCaixa, which was advised by Pérez-Llorca. The building’s main tenany is AstraZeneca, and it also houses other companies.

The Pérez-Llorca team involved in the transaction comprised Gerard Serra, corporate partner; Felipe Ramírez, corporate lawyer; Alice Zuliana, corporate lawyer; Norma Peña, tax partner; Arturo Parellada, tax lawyer; Anna Comas, tax lawyer; Silvia Mañá, land planning partner; and Rafael Pastor, land planning lawyer.
