Prada Tax Advisors debuts tax-focused boutique in Spain

Prada Tax Advisors is born in Barcelona as a specialised tax boutique, led by José Luis Prada alongside professionals with experience in national and international firms and in the public tax administration. The new law firm has a multidisciplinary team with a solid track record in corporate, private wealth and tax litigation matters, enabling it to take a comprehensive approach to particularly complex tax transactions and proceedings, both at the planning stage and in the context of disputes.

At the head of the firm is José Luis Prada, managing partner, alongside Anna González and Oriol Pasanau, partners of the firm. The team is completed by Sonia Sicilia, senior associate; Joana Vaz and Carola Forcadell, tax lawyers; and Amy Fisas, executive assistant and office manager.
