Elisa de Mollinedo joins Crescenta as legal director
Crescenta, a digital manager in Spain for private equity fund investments, has hired Elisa de Mollinedo as legal director. She transits from Santander Alternative Investments, where she served as senior legal associate for four years, within the alternative investments division.
During that time, she was responsible for providing cross-cutting legal advice across multiple investment strategies, including venture capital, private debt, infrastructure, renewable energy, real estate, trade finance, and fund-of-funds, as well as structuring and managing vehicles in both Spain and Luxembourg. Prior to that, she worked for more than six years at the law firm Linklaters.
In Elisa de Mollinedo’s words: “Crescenta is building a solid and differentiated model for accessing alternative investments, and it is a privilege to join the firm to contribute from the legal area to its growth and consolidation.”
“Our commitment has always been, and will continue to be, to offer the best products and services, which involves bringing in the best profiles for each of our teams. We are delighted to welcome Elisa to Crescenta and to be able to count on all her expertise in international regulatory matters and vehicle structuring, as well as in corporate law and alternative investments”, says Ramiro Iglesias, CEO of Crescenta.
