Ontier hires Lojayne Shaheen to its Middle East practice

Ontier has incorporated Lojayne Shaheen as partner to its Middle East team. She transits from Freshfields in Saudi Arabia and brings experience in dispute resolution and international arbitration. She joins the department led by Kamal Khashoggi.

“At Ontier, Lojayne will work closely with Khashoggi, representing the firm in the territory and jointly leading the development of the regional strategy, promoting a strong and long-term presence. At the same time, she will actively contribute to the growth of the International Arbitration practice led by Mercedes Romero, in collaboration with the London office, headed by Claire Morel de Westgaver, an expert in International Arbitration”, states the law firm.

Javier Muñoz, Ontier’s international director, emphasizes: “The addition of Lojayne Shaheen reinforces two key pillars of our strategy: the Middle East and International Arbitration. We aim to build a strong project in Saudi Arabia, supported by top-tier talent and a robust arbitration practice, positioning Ontier as a reference in the region and internationally.”
