Eversheds Sutherland advises Othrys Iberia in a real estate deal

Eversheds Sutherland has advised Othrys Iberia in a new real estate transaction in Spain. Othrys Iberia has completed the acquisition of a 6,000 m² commercial asset located in the Rabasa commercial and industrial park (Alicante).

The property is fully leased to Decathlon, which has been operating from this location for over 25 years. The transaction also included the simultaneous signing of a new lease agreement with the tenant.

The deal was led by real estate partner Rafael Arraez Amselem (pictured), together with Eduardo Sierra and Marta Ortiz de Zárate Retana.
