SRS Legal adds Miguel Koch Rua as partner

SRS Legal has added Miguel Koch Rua as a partner and Eduarda Alves da Costa as an associate to its corporate & finance department in Porto, strengthening its commercial and corporate law, M&A and investment transactions capabilities. Both join the law firm from Deloitte Legal.

With more than 25 years of experience, Miguel Koch Rua has built a career in commercial and corporate law, M&A, corporate governance, international contracts and transport law, having taken part in several foreign direct investment processes in sectors such as the automotive industry, food distribution, information technology, tourism and real estate, as well as in corporate restructurings. He is also a guest lecturer at Porto Business School, on the postgraduate programme in project management.

Eduarda Alves da Costa has experience in commercial and corporate law and M&A, advising national and international clients at different stages of their investment projects and business development. She holds a master’s degree in company and business law from the Faculty of Law of the Universidade Católica do Porto.
