GA_P advises Miura Partners on the sale of TVC
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Spanish private equity firm Miura Partners on the sale of The Visuality Corporation (TVC) to its management team. TVC is a player in high-end mannequins and visual merchandising solutions for the fashion industry, with clients including Zara, El Corte Inglés, Nike and Mango.
The GA_P team was led by Miguel Lamo de Espinosa and Jorge Martín, partners in banking and finance and corporate (pictured), together with José Antonio Gómez Calafat, counsel in litigation and arbitration.
