Clyde & Co appoints Marisol de Bedoya as HR advisor
Clyde & Co has appointed Marisol de Bedoya as human resources advisor, with the aim of professionalising talent management and consolidating a comprehensive recruitment and talent acquisition policy aligned with the firm’s growth and market positioning. She transits from Dentons.
In her role, Marisol de Bedoya will be responsible for structuring and professionalising human resources processes, bringing a holistic view of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to professional development, performance evaluation and exit processes.
One of the key pillars of her role will be the selection and attraction of professionals, leading recruitment processes for both legal profiles and business services areas. This approach will enable the firm to anticipate its needs and ensure the incorporation of strategic profiles aligned with Clyde & Co’s culture and objectives, states the law firm.
In addition, Marisol de Bedoya will drive the firm’s institutional relationships with universities and training centres, drawing on her experience in the design and coordination of graduate recruitment and internship programmes. This work will help strengthen early talent identification, consolidate a pipeline of highly specialised professionals and contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Enrique Navarro and Miguel Relaño, co-managing partners of Clyde & Co in Madrid, note that “the appointment of Marisol de Bedoya responds to the need to continue moving towards a more structured and consistent talent management model, aligned with the demands of a global firm.” They add that “the firm’s growth and the increasing complexity of its teams require a dedicated focus on people management, based on clear and consistent criteria, support for professional development and the consolidation of a culture aligned with the standards and values of an international law firm.”
