Martínez-Echevarría has advised the shareholders of Hincado Directo on its sale to the search fund Nutria Capital.
Hincado Directo is a company specialising in the provision of services associated with renewable energy projects, and Nutria Capital is a search fund specialising in mid-market companies with a clear value proposition and scalable, flexible models that enable long-term growth.
