Elecnor acquires Jet Aircraft Services: advisors

The Elecnor Group has acquired 100% of Jet Aircraft Services (JAS), a leading Spanish company providing comprehensive aircraft maintenance services.

With this transaction, Elecnor adds a new high value-added activity and strengthens its position in specialised industrial sectors with high growth potential.

Jet Aircraft Services (JAS) is a leading company in the Spanish aeronautical sector, specialising in the comprehensive life cycle of aircraft. Its business model ranges from line maintenance to keep aircraft in flight, to the preservation of grounded aircraft and final recycling (dismantling) at the end of their useful life.

With more than 25 years of experience, JAS has an operational presence at Spain’s main commercial airports: Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas, Barcelona, Seville, Vitoria, Malaga and Zaragoza. It also operates in Morocco and the Dominican Republic. From these locations, JAS offers a wide range of specialised services.
