Osborne Clarke appoints Xavier Frías as partner in Spain

Osborne Clarke has appointed Xavier Frías as a new partner in its commercial and compliance team in Spain. With a particular focus on the pharmaceutical and retail sectors, Frías has spent his entire professional career at Osborne Clarke, which he joined in 2008. The firm has also announced the promotion of Cristina Rosanes and Gustavo Esquivias as new directors.

Xavier Frías is a lawyer specialising in commercial contracting and compliance, with experience advising national and international clients on the drafting, review and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts (including distribution and agency, supply and manufacturing, licensing and technology transfers, and services agreements, among others).
