Addleshaw Goddard advises on the integration to create Movilia

Addleshaw Goddard advised Seaya Andromeda on the establishment of Movilia, a new global technology platform for fleet management designed to deliver logistics and mobility solutions powered by artificial intelligence, as well as on the integration of Movertis and Localizador Sherlog into the platform.

Movilia launches with a strong foundation of around 100,000 vehicles managed and 10,000 clients in Spain, and expects to achieve double-digit annual growth, supported by recurring revenues estimated at EUR 10 million.

The transaction was carried out through Seaya Andromeda, the fastest-growing fund in Southern Europe, specialising in digitalisation and technology for sustainability, with EUR 300 million in assets under management. This deal reinforces the fund’s strategy of investing in companies driving digital transformation and the transition towards sustainable models. Seaya will provide capital and its expertise as a specialist growth and technology investor to accelerate Movilia’s expansion.
