Gómez-Acebo & Pombo (GA_P) strengthens its Litigation and Arbitration practice with the incorporation of Eduardo Villellas, from Deloitte Legal, as partner.
Eduardo Villellas
Villellas has 23 years of professional experience in advising clients in complex civil and commercial litigation, as well as in arbitration, both international and national.
He comes from Deloitte Legal, where he was until now a partner in the litigation, mediation and arbitration department.
The new partner regularly advises on matters such as agency and distribution agreements, shareholders’ agreements, directors’ liability, challenges to corporate resolutions, construction, claims, horizontal property, leases, real estate, tort law, the automotive industry, banking and finance, foreclosures, competition, engineering, telecommunications, transport and logistics.
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo’s Litigation and Arbitration team is made up of seven partners located in the Madrid and Lisbon offices and more than 50 associates.
