Hogan Lovells advises on the acquisition of a majority stake in Eslava Plásticos
Hogan Lovells has advised Avior Capital on the acquisition of a majority stake in Eslava Plásticos, a leading Spanish company in the transformation and mechanical recycling of post-consumer plastic waste.
The deal reinforces Avior Capital’s commitment to the circular economy and sustainability, as the funds raised will serve to drive the company’s growth, strengthen its position in the plastics recycling market, accompany its industrial development and take advantage of opportunities arising from increased regulatory pressure and demand for sustainable solutions in Europe.
