PKF Attest relocates Madrid office to Castellana 280

PKF Attest has relocated its Madrid office to new premises at Paseo de la Castellana 280, within the Madrid Nuevo Norte development. The move represents a significant step in the firm’s expansion strategy, the firm said. “We are strengthening our presence in one of the country’s main economic and business hubs”, states the law firm.

The new office is located in a dynamic corporate area, at the heart of an urban transformation that will reshape more than 230 hectares around Chamartín station. According to Santiago González, partner at PKF Attest in Madrid, “being present in Madrid Nuevo Norte will allow us to participate directly in the opportunities generated by this major urban project. It is a strategic location that will shape the city’s immediate future and Madrid’s business ecosystem.”

According to PKF, the change of headquarters also reflects the growth of the firm’s Madrid team, which is expected to reach 400 professionals in the coming months. “This growth is expected to continue in the years ahead, strengthening the firm’s capacity to handle more complex projects and to support a growing number of companies and institutions”, states the law firm.

The new headquarters will feature larger, more modern spaces tailored to current ways of working, aimed at enhancing cross-practice collaboration and reinforcing the firm’s presence along one of the country’s most promising business corridors. The effective relocation date will be announced in the coming weeks, from which point operations will begin at Castellana 280.
