Cuatrecasas advises Mutares on the sale of Transportes Fuentes
Cuatrecasas has advised Mutares on the divestment of Transportes Fuentes, a logistics group based in Las Torres de Cotillas (Murcia region), which has been purchased by a consortium led by a franchisee of the Ontime group and the founding family.
The company, which specialises in temperature-controlled logistics and has revenues of around €200 million, was acquired by Mutares last July from Grupo Lineage.
The sale of Fuentes highlights the management company’s ability to identify businesses with solid models and attractive market positions, generating value in a short period of time through operational improvements and a distinctive strategic positioning.
