Lourenço de Sousa Botelho returns to Telles
Lourenço de Sousa Botelho has joined Telles‘ family companies and corporate governance’s team as associate, transiting from EY Law. Botelho was a lawyer at Telles from 2022 to May 2025.
He has experience in providing legal advice to family businesses and has been involved in generational transition processes, corporate reorganisations, and creating structures to ensure the continuity and sustainability of family businesses. In addition, Botelho advises national and international companies on matters of corporate law, governance and compliance, investments and asset reorganization transactions.
The newest associate of Telels holds a law degree from the University of Lisbon’s Faculty of Law and a postgraduate degree in Law and Management from Lisbon School of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
