Cuatrecasas advises on refinancing Vía Célere’s debt

Cuatrecasas has advised a pool of lenders on the refinancing of Vía Célere Desarrollos Inmobiliarios’ debt through the issuance of senior secured bonds worth €320 million, maturing in April 2031, and the subscription of senior revolving financing amounting to €60 million. The bonds will be listed on Euronext Dublin.

The transaction reflects Vía Célere’s reputation as a leading property developer in the Spanish market specialising in residential assets, as well as the confidence that the sector inspires in the international investment community. It also provides Vía Célere Desarrollos Inmobiliarios with long-term financial stability and the necessary balance sheet strength to execute its business plan.

Founded in 2007, Vía Célere Desarrollos Inmobiliarios has one of the largest and most qualified land banks in Spain, with 80% of the land fully developed and the capacity to develop 13,000 homes. It has now established itself as a benchmark in the Spanish residential market, with one of the largest and most qualified land portfolios in the sector. In addition, Vía Célere Desarrollos Inmobiliarios is committed to innovation and sustainability as fundamental pillars of its projects.
