Sérvulo hires new M&A partner: Inês Gomes Ferreira

Inês Gomes Ferreira is the new partner of Sérvulo & Associados’ corporate and M&A team. The team reinforcement also includes the arrival of Ana Rafaela Balas, who joins Sérvulo as associate. Both join from GPA Advogados.

Inês Gomes Ferreira has more than 20 years of experience in this practice area. She has advised on acquisitions, disposals, mergers, demergers and restructuring of corporate groups, as well as the structuring of partnerships and international investments, including transactions in the venture capital space. After 18 years at Vieira de Almeida, where she was a managing associate from 2005 to 2023, Inês Gomes Ferreira joined GPA Advogados as a partner. She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, as well as an LL.M. in International Business Law and a postgraduate degree in Forensic Practice and Corporate Legal Advisory from the same faculty.

Ana Rafaela Balas has advised on numerous transactions involving the purchase and sale of companies, the transfer of business units, due diligence processes and corporate law matters.
