Andersen appoints Miguel Palomero as litigation partner
Andersen has appointed Miguel Palomero as a new partner in its litigation department. Transiting from PPyAA, where he was managing partner, Palomero specializes in restructurings and insolvencies, insolvency proceedings, as well as advising companies, family offices, and business groups. With this appointment, Andersen approaches 50 partners in this department and strengthens its advisory capabilities in restructurings and insolvencies.
With more than 25 years of experience, he has solid know-how in advising on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, project finance, and due diligence processes, providing a transversal perspective. Palomero holds a Law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM), and has pursued a PhD at the same university in two departments. He was also a hellow at Harvard Law School (Harvard University). Additionally, he has completed and attended numerous specialized courses and carried out research at universities such as Harvard and Yale, among others.
