Dora Joana is the new employment consultant at Sérvulo

Lawyer Dora Joana returns to Sérvulo & Associados to join, as a consultant, the employment department, led by Rita Canas da Silva. Dora Joana joins from DLA Piper, where she practised between 2023 and 2025. She has gained experience at several law firms, having worked with Sérvulo between 2008 and 2014.

With more than 20 years’ experience in Employment Law, Dora Joana has provided legal advice on all matters related to employment relations, with a particular focus on support in restructurings, termination of employment contracts and the handling of court disputes. Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in 2000, Dora Joana has advised various national and multinational companies operating in Portugal on all matters relating to Employment Law and Employment Litigation across different sectors of activity.
