DLA Piper advises Aggreko on Krill Generadores acquisition
DLA Piper has advised Aggreko Limited, a company owned by TDR Capital and I Squared Capital in mobile and modular energy solutions, temperature control and energy services, on the acquisition of Krill Generadores, a company specialising in the rental of generator sets and in the provision of related services. The transaction aims to strengthen and expand Aggreko’s position in the Iberian market.
The DLA Piper team was led by Joaquín Echánove, partner in corporate, together with Francisco Bachiller, legal director, and associates Carlos Tobías and Pablo Marín, all from the corporate team. In the competition practice, the team included partner Joaquín Hervada, along with Rafael Maldonado and Miguel Higuero, senior associate and associate, respectively. Patricia Pila, legal director, and Diego Scarpino, associate, both from the employment practice, also took part.
