Unibo joins the Aareon Group: Asesores

Founded in 2021, Unibo was created to fill the gap in specific financial solutions for homeowners’ associations. Today, it is a tool widely used by property managers throughout Spain, facilitating day-to-day financial management and optimisation. Its integration into the Aareon Group will accelerate the company’s growth and strengthen its connection with key platforms in the sector.

For the Aareon Group, this strategic move consolidates its vision of a fully connected real estate ecosystem, where digital financial solutions play a central role within the proptech offering. The acquisition strengthens the Aareon Group’s ability to provide integrated, high value-added services to both property managers and homeowners’ associations.
