Across Legal advises on The Mulligan Factory acquisition

Across Legal has advised The Mulligan Factory on its sale to Everfield, a European investment platform and growth accelerator for B2B software companies. The Mulligan Factory is the developer of Clapphouse, an app designed to support the management of golf clubs and facilities.

This transaction brings together the two solutions and strengthens Everfield’s Hospitality & Leisure vertical by creating an integrated technology ecosystem for the management and digitalisation of the golf sector.

The legal team involved in the transaction consisted of Alex Plana (partner, pictured), Luis Tatay (senior associate, corporate), Núria López (associate, corporate) and Malcolm Bain (IT & IP).
