Baker McKenzie advises AGCO on signing a 10-year virtual PPA with Bruc

Baker McKenzie has advised AGCO on signing a 10-year virtual power purchase agreement (PPA) with Bruc, reinforcing the company’s commitment to sustainability and energy transition in Europe.

This agreement will enable AGCO to advance its emissions reduction targets and ensure a stable supply of renewable energy for its operations in the region.

The firm’s team involved in the transaction was led by Manuel Somacarrera from Madrid and James Wyatt from London.
