Fieldfisher advises Overseas on Lisbon real estate partnership

Fieldfisher Portugal has provided legal advice to Overseas, a Portuguese company in the residential and tourism segment, in formalising a strategic partnership with Grupo André Guimarães, a Brazilian real estate developers, for the development of a new real estate project in Lisbon.

The project is expected to include more than 200 units and a Gross Development Value (GDV) exceeding €150 million. It will be designed by renowned architect Miguel Saraiva.

The Fieldfisher team involved in the transaction included Ana Luísa Oliveira and Sara Mendes, respectively co-coordinator and associate of the commercial, corporate and M&A department (both pictured from left to right).
