Silvia Mañá and Bojan Radovanovic, Pérez-Llorca new partners
Pérez-Llorca has appointed Silvia Mañá and Bojan Radovanovic as new partners in its Barcelona office, reinforcing the law firm’s urban planning and corporate areas.
Silvia Mañá specialises in urban planning and public law, with more than twenty years of experience advising national and international companies on planning, management, execution and urban planning regulations. Her practice focuses on comprehensive support for urban planning transactions and projects related to land development, existing buildings and activities. She has also provided advice in administrative proceedings and dealings with public and private entities, and has acted as counsel in contentious-administrative appeals. In the academic field, Mañá is a lecturer at Esade and the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE).
Bojan Radovanovic has more than seventeen years of experience in commercial law. He specialises in advising on M&A, and his practice focuses on supporting industrial groups, investment funds (private equity) and financial institutions in company and asset acquisitions, cross-border transactions, corporate law and corporate governance. He has also advised on numerous debt financing transactions. In addition, he serves as non-director secretary of companies in several industrial sectors. Radovanovic is currently an associate professor of commercial law at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and has collaborated with various initiatives in his area of expertise at IESE Business School.
