Pavia e Ansaldo advises on the acquisition of Ges
The law firm Pavia e Ansaldo has advised RMS on the acquisition of GES, a Basque company founded in 1941 and specialising in the manufacture of motorcycle saddles, as well as the distribution of bicycle accessories and components in Spain, France and Portugal.
Kon Group was part of the RMS team alongside Pavia e Ansaldo, acting as exclusive financial advisor both in the M&A process and in obtaining financing. Its team, led by partner Lorenzo Porciani, worked in coordination with RMS and the other advisors, directing both the financial structure and the negotiation strategy and closing of the transaction. Agem – Russell Bedford was responsible for the financial and tax due diligence.
