Antas da Cunha Ecija advises C2 Capital Partners
Antas da Cunha Ecija has provided legal support to C2 Capital Partners on an investment of up to €5 million in TUU Building Design Management, acquiring a minority stake in the share capital of the Coimbra-based company.
TUU Building Design Management is a Portuguese company headquartered in Coimbra that operates in the architecture, engineering, and construction sector. It develops integrated projects combining design, technology, and real estate management, positioning itself as a reference in providing comprehensive, high value-added solutions. Currently, C2 Capital Partners manages 15 funds and has investments in 50 companies, having completed 30 divestments to date, mainly in sectors related to technology, innovation, and sustainability.
