Youandlaw advises fintech Devengo on €2M financing round

Devengo, a Spanish fintech pioneer offering a multi-sector infrastructure for instant payments, has closed a pre-Series A funding round of €2 million. The law firm Youandlaw, specialized in venture capital and startups, advised the company throughout the process, in which Bankinter, Demium and Banco Sabadell participated as main investors, alongside TheVentureCity, Wayra and other business angels.

The Youandlaw legal team advising Devengo was made up of partner Pablo Casado (pictured), associate Isabel Gonzalo, and trainee Sophia Wolohan.
