Baker McKenzie and URA Urquiza advise on the financing of the construction of the new hospital in Boadilla del Monte
Baker McKenzie has advised Banca March and Hospiten on the financing granted by CaixaBank for the construction of the future general university hospital in Boadilla del Monte (Madrid), which will be managed by the international healthcare group Hospiten. URA Urquiza Abogados also participated in and advised on the transaction.
The hospital, which is expected to be completed in 2026 and will involve a total investment of €200 million, will have state-of-the-art facilities.
