Osborne Clarke appoints Borja Pascual as new CFO

Osborne Clarke has appointed Borja Pascual, formerly of Cuatrecasas, as the new CFO of its Spanish office.

Borja Pascual

Pascual has almost 20 years of experience in finance and management in sectors such as legal, pharmaceutical, industrial, and consulting. He began his career at KPMG as an auditor and later expanded his career with professional placements in international environments.

Before joining the legal sector, he developed his career in multinational companies in the pharmaceutical and industrial sectors, gaining experience in management and control in highly competitive markets.

He then worked for almost a decade at Cuatrecasas, where he was director of pricing and led projects on profitability, digital transformation, and innovation in pricing models and financial control, contributing to the development of the business in Spain and Portugal. He has a degree in Business Administration and Management from Ramón Llull (IQS) and a master’s degree in Business Management and Auditing from the University of Barcelona (UB).

At Osborne Clarke, Pascual’s objective is to consolidate the financial function and, progressively, take on the duties of a COO or general manager, strengthening the firm’s operational efficiency and strategic capacity at a key moment for the legal sector.
