Cerejeira Namora strengthens three practice areas
As part of its growth strategy, Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão has announced the reinforcement of its labour, tax, and family, minors and successions practices with the addition of new associates. Three new lawyers have joined the firm: Luís Oliveira Marques, Sara Campelo de Carvalho and Raquel Quaresma.
Oliveira Marques joins the labor team as senior associate, coming from Mercadona, where he worked in-house in the labour area. His experience includes matters such as working time organisation, disciplinary procedures and termination processes.
The tax team has been strengthened with Campelo de Carvalho, who joins from PRA – Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados. Her experience focuses on tax, corporate and commercial law, and commercial contracts.
The family, minors and successions team has been reinforced with the addition of Quaresma, who joins from PGA – Pinto Gonçalves & Associados.
According to founding partner Nuno Cerejeira Namora, “these additions represent an important reinforcement of the firm’s technical and strategic capacity across several teams and areas of expertise.” He added that the firm remains “attentive to the market” and aims to “continue growing organically and sustainably by the end of the year.”
