Ejaso appoints María Gaitán as corporate director
Ejaso announces the appointment of María Gaitán as corporate director, a newly created position, as part of its growth and consolidation strategy.

In her new role, Gaitán will be responsible for coordinating and promoting the use of technological tools and artificial intelligence-based solutions within the firm. She will also take on the task of improving coordination between Ejaso’s various offices and overseeing internal policies related to talent attraction and retention, training and staff welfare.
She will also be responsible for strengthening service quality and client relations, both in Spain and at the Miami office, and for directing marketing and communication activities aimed at consolidating the firm’s presence and positioning in the legal sector.
