Pérez-Llorca advises Proponent on €120M Avioparts acquisition
Pérez-Llorca has advised Proponent, a U.S. group specializing in the distribution of aircraft components, on the acquisition of Avioparts, a Spanish company focused on distributing aviation parts and chemical products. The transaction marks the exit of the private equity fund ProA Capital, which sold its stake in the company just over two years after taking control. Industry sources value the deal at around €120 million.
