Evergreen Legal reinforces M&A with Ana García-Boente Dávila
Evergreen Legal has announced the appointment of Ana García-Boente Dávila to its Corporate and M&A department, reinforcing the firm’s position in strategic corporate transactions and comprehensive legal advice in commercial and corporate law.
The firm, co-founded and led by Ignacio Freire, partner in charge of the Corporate and Real Estate areas, highlights that this addition serves a dual purpose: continuing to attract top-tier talent and strengthening its multidisciplinary capability as a full-service firm providing sophisticated and strategic advice to both domestic and international clients.
Founded by a team of lawyers with over 15 to 20 years of experience in leading national and international law firms, Evergreen has evolved from a boutique into a firm recognized for its high-level corporate and transactional work.
With over 18 years of professional experience, Ana García-Boente joins from a major pharmaceutical company and has previously worked at KPMG Abogados, Simmons & Simmons, and Parques Reunidos. Her background includes extensive experience in M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, commercial contracts, and corporate governance, as well as board secretarial functions for national and multinational companies.
Ana García-Boente holds a Law degree from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) and a Master’s in Business Legal Advisory from IE Law School.
