Dower on the sale of Quitérios to Legrand Group España
Dower Law Firm advised the sellers on the sale of the entire share capital of Quitérios Fábrica de Quadros Elétricos to Legrand Group España, a company belonging to the Legrand Group, a French multinational in electrical and digital infrastructures for buildings.
Based in Mira, Quitérios is a Portuguese company in the manufacture of enclosures for meters and electrical panels, as well as in metalworking solutions and materials for electrical and telecommunications installations, playing an important role in the Portuguese industrial sector.
The Legrand Group, present in more than 90 countries with around 36,000 employees, has been strengthening its strategic position in the Iberian market. The acquisition of Quitérios represents an important step in expanding its range of solutions in the Portuguese market, states Dower.
