Linklaters advise Ardian on the sale of an office building in Madrid

Linklaters has advised Ardian on the sale of an office building located at Calle Lérida 32-34 in Madrid to a private investor. The asset, situated in the heart of the city’s financial district, stands out for its strong real estate potential in one of the capital’s most sought-after areas.

The building was acquired by Ardian in July 2021. Originally constructed in 1992, it offers approximately 10,000 square metres of floor space and includes 150 parking spaces. It continues to serve as one of the offices of the Spanish Tax Agency.

The Linklaters team was led by Adolfo Guerrero, partner in the Real Estate practice, with support from Carlos Gil Mesino, senior associate, and Francisco Javier Galindo Giménez, junior associate. The tax team was headed by Alejandro Meca, partner, together with José Alarcón Pariente, senior associate.
