Abreu advises Grupo Revive on joint venture creation

Abreu Advogados has advised Grupo Revive, a Belgian real estate investment platform, on the structuring and implementation of a joint venture with Grupo Mome for the acquisition and redevelopment of a industrial site in the Porto region. This joint venture aims to transform a site located in Amial — with an area of 11,884 m² and a gross construction area of 33,410 m² — into a sustainable, mixed-use urban neighbourhood.

Abreu Advogados led the design and negotiation of all transactional documentation, both at corporate and real estate levels. The team also provided comprehensive support throughout the entire project lifecycle, from confirmatory real estate due diligence and regulatory analysis to the project management and sales management agreements, as well as the subdivision regulations, states the law firm.
