Telles strengthens its team with two new associates

Telles has announced the strenghtening of its team with the addition of Mafalda Semedo Martins and Rodrigo Barreiros Ferreira as associates. Mafalda transits from Antas da Cunha Ecija, where she was senior associate.

Mafalda Semedo Martins is joining the real estate and construction team, led by partners Pedro Almeida e Sousa and Miguel Nogueira Leite. She has consolidated experience in real estate law and has advised private and corporate clients, both domestic and foreign, on highly complex transactions with a significant impact on the sector. Mafalda holds a law degree from the University of Coimbra’s Faculty of Law, a master’s degree in Law from the Catholic University of Porto’s Faculty of Law, and a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Law from the Catholic University of Lisbon’s Faculty of Law.

Rodrigo Barreiros Ferreira joins Telles’ digital, privacy and cybersecurity team, which is led by partner Pedro Vidigal Monteiro. With a practice focused on intellectual property, media and entertainment, Barreiros Ferreira has developed his expertise in marketing and electronic communications, personal data protection and privacy, as well as copyright and related rights. He holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law at the Portuguese Catholic University, as well as a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon in partnership with the Portuguese Intellectual Property Law Association (APDI). He also has a master’s degree in Executive Production of Audiovisual Content from The Core – Entertainment Science School in Madrid.
