Cuatrecasas advises Bosch Home Comfort Group on its strategy to expand in Spain

Cuatrecasas has advised Bosch Group on its strategy to expand and strengthen its services business in Spain, a process that began in 2024 with the acquisition of three long-standing official technical services: Servicio Técnico Arnaiz (Bilbao), Paulo Azkue (San Sebastián), and Servimat Asistencia Técnica (Madrid).

In this next phase, Bosch Group continues to consolidate its strategic plan with the acquisition of Servei Tècnic, based in Barcelona, and its three associated service companies under Setesa (Grupo Setesa), also located in the Barcelona region. Once the transaction is completed, Bosch Home Comfort Group Service Catalunya will take over the operations of Setesa, a key partner that plays a crucial role in strengthening Bosch Home Comfort’s service capabilities in Spain.

This transaction enables Bosch Home Comfort Group to reinforce its position in the Spanish after-sales service market, expanding its network and enhancing both the proximity and quality of the technical support provided to customers.

Bosch Group is a leading global supplier of technology and services, employing approximately 417,900 people worldwide. In 2023, the company generated €90.5 billion in sales.

The Cuatrecasas team advising on these four acquisitions included Kai Christian Fischer and Ana Laso from the M&A/German Desk, as well as Francisco Conde and Ángela Todolí from the Labour Department.
